SAP QM Lead

Our client seeks a dynamic SAP professional to lead the end-to-end implementation of SAP QM modules, including requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, and go-live support.

• Collaborate with clients to understand their quality management needs and provide expert advice on best practices and SAP capabilities.


• Design and configure SAP QM processes, including inspection planning, quality inspection, quality notifications, and corrective actions.


• Integrate SAP QM with other SAP modules such as MM (Materials Management), PP (Production Planning), and SD (Sales and Distribution) to ensure seamless process flows.


• Develop functional specifications, configuration documentation, and end-user training materials.


• Lead and mentor a team of consultants, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.


• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and presentations to educate clients and internal teams on SAP QM functionalities and best practices.


• Provide post-implementation support, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and process optimization.


• Stay curr with the latest SAP technologies and industry trends to continually improve service offerings.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Extensive experience (typically 8+ years) in SAP QM module implementation and support, with a proven track record in a lead or senior consulting role.
In-depth knowledge of SAP QM functionalities, including quality inspection, quality notifications, and quality control.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA and knowledge of SAP Fiori applications is a plus.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
Proven leadership and project management skills, with experience leading complex SAP projects.
SAP certification in QM or related modules is preferred.
