SAP FI Implementation and Support:
Lead and participate in the full lifecycle of SAP FI projects, including blueprinting, configuration, testing, go-live, and support.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP FI solutions.
Configure SAP FI modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Banking.
Business Process Analysis:
Collaborate with clients to understand their financial processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
Provide expert advice on best practices for financial processes and SAP FI functionalities.
Customization and Enhancement:
Develop custom reports, interfaces, and enhancements using ABAP or other relevant technologies.
Ensure system integrity and compliance with corporate policies and procedures.
Training and Documentation:
Conduct training sessions for end-users and create comprehensive documentation for system configuration and processes.
Develop user manuals and guides to facilitate smooth adoption of SAP FI solutions.
Troubleshooting and Support:
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP FI systems, including issue resolution and performance optimization.
Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex technical issues and ensure system stability.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP FI implementation and support.
Proven experience in full lifecycle SAP FI project implementations.
Technical Skills:
In-depth knowledge of SAP FI modules and their integration with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, CO).
Proficiency in SAP configuration and customization, including development tools like ABAP.
Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA is highly desirable.
Soft Skills:
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
