Responsibilities and skills for the candidate our Client is looking for are as follows:
- Creation of chatbots (NLU and LLM) and voicebots in collaboration with Conversation & Experience Design Experts.
- Integration of the Conversational AI platform into the customer's system environment.
- Development of extensions for the integration of the platform.
- Collaboration in the testing and analysis of chat/voicebots.
- Evaluating new features of the platform.
Required Skills:
- Experience in software development projects with multiple developers or teams.
- Advanced knowledge of programming languages such as Javascript, Typescript, or Python.
- For RASA: Advanced knowledge of the RASA platform incl. RASA CALM.
- For COGNIGY: Advanced knowledge of the COGNIGY platform
(Nice to have: Agent Assist, Knowledge AI).
Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new APIs and integrate them is an important skillset for this role
