Our Client is looking for an experienced and dynamic Business Analyst Consultant with extensive knowledge in the field of governance, security, and compliance.
As a critical member of our team, you will play a key role in driving digital transformation, ensuring secure systems, and maintaining strict regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities:
In-depth Analysis: Perform detailed analysis to assess the organization's current compliance status and identify areas for improvement in security and governance.
Strategic Advice: Develop and share strategic advice with management based on your insights, aimed at advancing long-term objectives and optimizing business processes.
Compliance planning: Create and implement proactive plans to ensure ongoing regulatory compliance, taking changing regulations into account.
Stakeholder Relationships: Build strong relationships with stakeholders inside and outside the organization to understand their needs, identify opportunities, and address unresolved issues.
Security Policies and Procedures: Develop and maintain sound security policies and procedures, and ensure their effective implementation within the organization.
Collaboration with External Auditors: Coordinate effectively with external auditors, facilitate the audit processes and ensure transparent communication.
Culture of Compliance: Lead initiatives to increase awareness and promote a culture of compliance within the organization.
Reporting and Presentation: Generate clear and impactful reports and presentations to communicate findings, recommendations and compliance status to stakeholders.
Requirements:
-Demonstrable experience in conducting audits and ensuring compliance with strict regulations.
-In-depth knowledge of secure digital systems and experience with governance & compliance frameworks such as NIS2, ISO27001, NIST, ISAE3402, and others.
-Strong communication skills, both internally and externally, including experience in dealing with external auditors.
-Ability to establish awareness programs and promote a culture of compliance.
-Analytical thinking skills and the ability to report effectively.
-Excellent relationship skills with the ability to build connections within the ecosystem.
-Experience in recognizing opportunities and unresolved problems of stakeholders.
-Strategic thinking with management capabilities and a focus on long-term objectives.
-Good knowledge of Dutch/French
