Description
The mission will run for at least 6 months and consists of the following tasks:
Technical solution design: Define the technical vision of the solutions to be created in
collaboration with the architecture team.
Detailed technical analysis: produce and update technical analyzes of the project, taking into account based on detailed functional specifications.
Gap analysis: review the gap analysis provided in the detailed specifications file, in order to identify gaps between user needs and existing solutions.
Implementation and configuration: supervise and contribute to the implementation and configuration of technical and functional aspects of the solution in close collaboration with the team of developers.
Documentation: document the technical and functional configuration of the modules,
configuration of the instance, interfaces and any settings made.
Tests: participate in the various unit and technical test cycles, including non-regression tests and performance.
Production release: participate in the development of production release procedures and
operating in close collaboration with the architect responsible for the entire platform.
Agility: participate in the creation and maintenance of the backlog and the estimation of effort and load necessary for implementation. Participate in the realization of the sprint planning, sprint review
and retrospective sprint in close collaboration with the project team.
Compliance with standards: ensure that the design of the implementation linked to the project respects the best practices and the standards established in the Hive framework.
Deployment: participate in deployment activities in different environments
The consultant must be present on site at least two days a week.
Required skills/experience:
In order to prove the experience of the proposed profile, the economic operator will provide references relating to completed projects in which they have participated as a technical leader based on one or more GED and Case solutions. market management by prioritizing IBM CP4BA technologies (DATACAP, Filenet, BAW and BPM).
