Position Overview:
As a ServiceNow ITSM PRO Consultant specializing in Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, and Performance Analytics, you will provide expert advice and guidance on implementing these features for the ITSM module of ServiceNow. You will define the project plan for the implementation of Virtual Agent and Predictive Intelligence, be responsible for their use cases, and design and implement Performance Analytics metrics and dashboards based on Client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide advice and guidance on implementing Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, and Performance Analytics for the ITSM module of ServiceNow
- Define the project plan for implementing Virtual Agent and Predictive Intelligence
- Implement Virtual Agent and Predictive Intelligence use cases
- Define, design, and implement Performance Analytics metrics and dashboards based on Client requirements
Qualifications:
- Strong functional skills and relevant experience with the ServiceNow platform
- Knowledge and experience with populating, managing, and utilizing ServiceNow CMDB/CSDM
- Good analytical, project management, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proficiency in at least Dutch or French and English
- Team player with a collaborative mindset
Preferred Skills:
- Artificial Intelligence (AI): Beginner level with recent experience
- ITSM: Intermediate level with recent experience
- Machine Learning: Beginner level with recent experience
- ServiceNow: Intermediate level with recent experience
- Stakeholder Management: Intermediate level with recent experience
