- Lead the end-to-end implementation of SAP CS modules, including requirement analysis, system configuration, testing, and go-live support.
- Collaborate with clients to identify and understand their customer service needs, providing expert advice on SAP CS functionalities and best practices.
- Configure and customize the SAP CS module to support business processes such as service order management, customer interaction, service contract management, and warranty management.
- Integrate SAP CS with other SAP modules like SD (Sales and Distribution), MM (Materials Management), and FI (Financial Accounting) to ensure comprehensive solutions.
- Develop and deliver functional specifications, configuration documentation, and end-user training materials.
- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and presentations to educate clients and internal teams on SAP CS processes and capabilities.
- Provide leadership and mentoring to junior consultants and team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Offer post-implementation support, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and process optimization.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and industry trends to continuously enhance service delivery.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Extensive experience (typically 8+ years) in SAP CS module implementation and support, with a proven track record in a lead or senior consulting role.
Strong understanding of SAP CS functionalities, including service order processing, service contracts, customer interactions, and warranty claims.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA and knowledge of SAP Fiori applications is an advantage.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proven ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
Experience working in client-facing roles, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
SAP certification in CS or related modules is preferred.
