SAP SD Implementation and Support:
Lead and participate in the full lifecycle of SAP SD projects, including blueprinting, configuration, testing, go-live, and support.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP SD solutions.
Configure SAP SD modules, including Sales Order Processing, Pricing, Billing, Shipping, and Credit Management.
Business Process Analysis:
Collaborate with clients to understand their sales and distribution processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
Provide expert advice on best practices for sales and distribution processes and SAP SD functionalities.
Customization and Enhancement:
Develop custom reports, interfaces, and enhancements using ABAP or other relevant technologies.
Ensure system integrity and compliance with corporate policies and procedures.
Training and Documentation:
Conduct training sessions for end-users and create comprehensive documentation for system configuration and processes.
Develop user manuals and guides to facilitate smooth adoption of SAP SD solutions.
Troubleshooting and Support:
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP SD systems, including issue resolution and performance optimization.
Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex technical issues and ensure system stability.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP SD implementation and support.
Proven experience in full lifecycle SAP SD project implementations.
Technical Skills:
In-depth knowledge of SAP SD modules and their integration with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, FI/CO, PP).
Proficiency in SAP configuration and customization, including development tools like ABAP.
Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA is highly desirable.
Soft Skills:
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
