Our client in Portugal urgently seeks a SAP Authorisation Consultant for an immediate start on a contract/freelance basis for at least 6 months.
The candidate MUST be based in Portugal to be considered for this role.
Job description as follows:
- Support projects and run activities related to SAP Authorizations in different systems such as ECC & BW
Responsibilities:
- Analysing SAP user authorization requirements and developing appropriate authorization concepts.
- Creating, modifying, and deleting SAP authorisation profiles according to business requirements.
- Managing SAP roles, transactions, security objects, and access authorizations.
- Carrying out regular security checks and audits to ensure compliance with security standards and policies.
- Working with business teams to understand business requirements and translate these requirements into SAP authorisations.
- Providing technical support to end-users to resolve SAP authorisation issues.
- Participating in the training of users on best practices in security and the use of SAP authorizations.
